Molecular Biologist and Medical Secretary Yasemin Yurt Biography

Molecular Biologist and Medical Secretary Yasemin Yurt completed her Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics at the Faculty of Science, Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University, from 2018 to 2023, and also earned a degree in Medical Documentation and Secretarial Studies at Anadolu University.

During her Bachelor’s research, she studied the antibacterial effects of the food dye Allura Red AC against Escherichia coli.

Since 2023, she has been working at the SMARTGEN Genetic Disease Assessment Center as a Medical Secretary.

Her professional areas include tissue-based FISH and Tunnel Assay.
